Along with our personalized workout plans, TRAQ 3D also offers special classes to meet your fitness needs.

Athlete Development, Team Training, Summer Camps

TRAQ 3D's patented system is the most effective and beneficial speed, strength and cardio training available to give the athlete the edge over the competition. All ages and ability levels are elegible to train with our Nationally Certified Athletic Trainers and Strength and Conditioning Coaches at TRAQ 3D Summer Camps. Camp Sessions run weekly, Monday through Friday, during the summer. Look for Saturday Bonus Sessions for campers and guests.

Camp Descriptions
Speed, Strength, and Endurance Begin with Sweat at TRAQ 3D.

Summer Youth Camps for 6 to 12 year olds will promote healthy, active lifestyles by blending daily TRAQ sessions with summer fun and exposure to a variety of recreational, art, and educational activities. These include sports nutrition and cooking, photography demos, sports demos and much more. Whether participating in organized sports or backyard tag, your child will perform better after a week of TRAQ 3D Summer Youth Camp. Register today to reserve your week.

Athlete Development and Team Training Camps

Only patented TRAQ 3D Sport Simulators replicate the demands of game play while measuring these previously "immeasurable" key elements of your game-specific performance at nearly 500 times per second:

  • Ability to sense and react to game-like cues ("Reaction Time")
  • 1st Step Quickness ("Acceleration")
  • Braking Capabilities/Change-in-direction ("Deceleration")
  • Optimal Stance (Determined by simultaneously tracking your body core while measuring your velocity)
  • Imbalances in your ability to react, explode and brake in each direction ("Vector Differences")

The ability to react, accelerate and decelerate is what makes a player explosive, and these components of "explosiveness" cannot be measured or tracked with a stop watch.

Our Nationally Certified Athletic Trainers will train players to sense, react and execute during unpredictable game play by using patented TRAQ 3D technology and traditional coaching methods. Register above for an Athlete Development or Team Training Program for all ages and ability levels. (Grouped Developmentally)

Child Weight Loss and Exercise Program

The alarming rates of childhood diabetes, cancer, onset of heart disease and other serious obesity related diseases are at a startling all time high. That-A-Weigh Kids® and TRAQ 3D are teaming up to help your child make better lifestyle choices to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. We are offering a fun and medically sound weight loss and exercise program geared toward the individual needs of your child. Sessions will meet Tuesdays from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. Register today at 262-9771. Space is limited.

Fit Student - After-School Study/Fitness

Join us for our newest program that blends movement and learning. Our Fit Student program emphasizes working out your mind and your body. The program includes Teacher Monitored Homework Study Sessions and Trainer Supervised Fitness.
