We are excited to announce our newest TRAQ 3D program that blends movement and learning. Our Fit Student program emphasizes working out your mind and your body. The program includes Teacher Monitored Homework Study Sessions and Trainer Supervised Fitness.

Well, it's been a while since our last update. We have some exciting new additions to the website. First, if you take a look at the specials page, you will notice something new. We are announcing a new scholarship program to reward the best essay submissions about health and fitness. Click here for more details. We've also added a few things on the back end of the site to make everything run smoother for you.

Our Trainer Bios page has also been updated with information about Nick and Paul. Lastly, be sure to check out our freshly updated high scores. Be looking for these on the Glory Wall at TRAQ soon.

We have several new updates to the TRAQ 3D Jax website. First, we have a new page with trainer bios. Be sure to read up on our trainers (more bios coming shortly). Next, our TRAQ Options page has been updated with more up to date programs and a link to Prevention.com for helpful health tips. We also have many new names up on the high score list. Keep checking back for more exciting new updates.

Congratulations to Jackie Fogelsonger, our winner of the TRAQ 3D-1010XL Biggest Loser Competition. Jackie received a free year membership at TRAQ 3D along with some exciting prizes from 1010XL. Bill Healey and Kathy Fogelsonger were runners up and received a free 3 month membership to TRAQ 3D. Thank you and congratulations to all our participants.

Thank you for your patience in getting the high scores updated. I was gone last week. But the new high scores are up! Of special note, Otto Ohm pushed me out of the top 10 in Trap Attack this past week. Congratulations. Keep Checking back for more. I'm also planning another addition to the site, so stay tuned for that.

We have added 2 new games to our High Score Records: Fun Fitness for Kids and Fun Fitness for Kids 2. A special congratulations to Bradley Loft and Otto Ohm for their excellent scores and records.

The next time you're at TRAQ, be sure to look at our new Glory Wall displayed on the plasma screen in the front of the gym. The wall will list High Scores for some of our favorite workouts and our Corporate Sponsors.

We have new High Scores. The Jumprope event has filled up and the competition is steep. Check to see where you place.

Registration is now open for our Child Weight Loss and Exercise Program. We are teaming up with That-A-Weigh KidsŪ to offer this fun and medically sound weight loss and exercise program geared toward helping your child make better lifestyle choices to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. The 12 week class kicks off July 15.

The High Scores have been updated. We've added a new event to our high scores: Jump for 1:30. How many jumps can you make in that time? See who's starting out on top and where you have to be. Check back often to see if you've made a high score.

The TRAQ Options Page has been updated. Check out our exciting new programs both for the summer and for corporations. Also, don't forget to attend Dr. Wendy Sapolsky's Lecture tonight at 7:30 on solutions to fight childhood obesity.

The High Scores have been updated. Several people have moved up in rank. Keep checking back to see who holds the high scores in your favorite workouts.

Hear Dr. Wendy Sapolsky, pediatrician with the Carithers Pediatric group and co-owner of That-A-Weigh KidsŪ, speak about solutions to fight childhood obesity on Tuesday, June 24 at 7:30 p.m. at TRAQ 3D Health/Fitness. After Dr. Sapolsky speaks, there will be an opportunity to watch demonstrations and/or experience TRAQ 3D for yourself.

The first 20 people to sign up for this event will receive TRAQ 3D t-shirts at the lecture. Refreshments will be provided by Edible Arrangements.
